Full Size Barn Doors
We built these closet doors for one of our customers. The barn doors are made from sewn cut pine. The main frame of these doors are dado jointed together and the panels are v-grooved and butt jointed. Then we finished these doors with a natural pine Briwax.
We delivered these doors without barn door hardware, however, if you need hardware included we can certainly accommodate. You can also find a good selection of hardware over at MyKnobs.com Barn Door Hardware.
Mini Barn Doors
These mini doors were part of a larger project where we converted a four stall horse barn into a bridal suite.
These doors measure 34″ x 20″ each and were located under a wet bar to provide access to a storage and maintenance area.
They are created out of pine, butt jointed together and finished with a clear lacquer.
Electrical Panel Door Covering
The bridal suite had an electrical panel right in the middle of the wet bar. So we suggested a creative way to conceal that panel and not ruin the theme of the room. This single door has the same look and feel as the other doors in the room. We used pine, butt joined them together and then finished them off with a clear lacquer. Then we used a magnetic push latch for easy opening and closing instead of adding external hardware.
Under Sink Single Barn Doors
This single x-style, sliding door was used under the sink in the bridal suite. It was again create using pine, butt joined with a clear lacquer finish.
